Rhys is a Team Lead in the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Team. He oversees operations in Australia and leads a team of analysts who respond to detections, conduct threat hunting, and triage high-severity incidents. In addition to this, he is responsible for operational efficiency and maintaining a query repository used by over 150 analysts in MDR.
