What does “ten devices, managed from your computer” mean? Can the software be installed on 10 computers/phones that are not networked?

The devices you protect need to have internet access (to get updates, configuration settings and so forth), as does the computer from which you manage them (because your management console is hosted by us in the cloud).
But the devices don’t need to be on the same LAN. They can be upstairs, next door, in the next town, or on the other side of the planet.
They just need to be connected up to your subscription. Lots of people use Sophos Home Premium to look after cybersecurity on computers belonging to their mum/cousin/friend/son/grandfather…
