State department employee or not, it’s unlikely he confined his activities to the premises of the Embassy.

If he didn’t, then the UK laws apply too, if any victims would like to complain to UK police.

Former U.S. State Department employee Michael C. Ford, 36, of Atlanta, GA, should be imprisoned for the rest of its (yes, its) life. If released, he will go on to commit similar crimes and worse.
