OK… what the heck is a “USB snap bracelet”?

A “snap bracelet” is one of those sort-of spring-loaded strips that “snaps” into a circular shape when you bend it slightly, allowing it to wrap gently round your wrist and thus be a bracelet. To take it off you just unroll it and when it’s straight, it stays in its flat strip shape until you snap it back on again.
These ones have USB storage inside :-)
