ASL and UNIX timer at one billion seconds

On Sep. 9 2002, the UNIX time() call will return a number greater than one billion for the first time. This causes all timestamp strings to grow by one character. We have thoroughly tested Astaro Security Linux under these circumstances, and no problems were found.
